Delete Your Account

01Option 1: Delete inside the app

If you are signed in to the KML Realty - Agent Network app:

1. Open the KML Realty - Agent Network app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm your choice. Your account is then scheduled for deletion.

02Option 2: Request deletion by email or form

If you cannot access the app, send us a deletion request:

• Email partnerkmlrealty@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject “Delete My Account”.
• Include your registered name and phone number so we can verify it is you.
• Or submit the request form below. It opens WhatsApp with your request ready to send.

03What happens next

• We may contact you to verify your identity before proceeding.
• We will confirm receipt of your request promptly.
• Your account and associated personal data will be deleted within 30 days of a verified request.
• You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.

04Data that is deleted

• Account profile: name, email address, phone number and login credentials.
• Agent profile details, saved properties, search preferences and shortlists.
• Leads, notes and enquiry history linked to your account, where we are not required to keep them.
• Device identifiers and in-app preferences associated with your account.
• Notification and marketing preferences.

05Data we may retain

Some information may be kept for a limited period only where necessary and permitted by law:

• Records of transactions, referrals, commissions or agreements, kept as required by tax, accounting or real estate regulations.
• Information needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud and enforce our terms.
• Anonymised or aggregated data that no longer identifies you.
• Backups, which are overwritten on a rolling schedule, usually within 90 days.

Retained data is kept only for as long as required and is not used for any other purpose.

06Delete some data without closing your account

If you only want specific information removed (for example, your saved searches or marketing preferences) rather than closing your whole account, contact us with details and we will help. You can also update or remove many details directly in Profile → Settings.
