These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KML Realty website and mobile application (the "Services"). Please read them carefully. KML Realty - Agent Network is designed for real estate agents and partners. It lets you access property information, manage leads and enquiries, and work with the KML Realty team. KML Realty provides information about real estate, property listings and advisory services. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, information in the Services is for general guidance and does not itself create a broker, agency, advisory or contractual relationship.

Property details, images, prices, areas, amenities and availability shown in the Services are provided for general information and may change without notice. Images and artist impressions are illustrative. Details should be independently verified, including through site visits, legal documents and approvals, before you make any decision or payment.
Content in the Services is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Real estate values and returns can go up or down and past performance is not an indicator of future results. KML Realty does not guarantee any specific return, appreciation, rental income or transaction outcome. Please consult qualified professionals before acting.
Browsing the Services and submitting an enquiry is free. Any brokerage, advisory or service fees will be communicated to you clearly and agreed in writing before they apply. Payments for property transactions are governed by the agreements you enter into with the relevant parties.
The Services, including the KML Realty name, logo, text, graphics, design, software and other content, are owned by or licensed to KML Realty and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
If you submit content or feedback to us, you grant KML Realty a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve the Services. You confirm you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
The Services may link to or integrate third-party services such as maps, analytics or communication tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms or practices.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. See also our Disclaimer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KML Realty and its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KML Realty from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time via the Delete Account page.
We may modify or discontinue features of the Services and update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally.
